Participants' fee will be all donated to the project organized by NICE. It is up to your interest which project you would like to support.
Meeting a new world
えいご de チャリティーウォークの進行は、英語と日本語を使って行います。英語を学びたい人にとっては、チャンスです。また、チェックポイントでは、多摩川の自然について学んだり、国際ボランティアを知る機会があります。
Charity walk in English offers a good chance to improve your English and Japanese as this event will be conducted both in English and Japanese. Also, you will learn various things such as the nature in Tama River and International Voluntary Services.
○チャリティーウォークの歩き方 狛江市河川敷→調布市河川敷 （約5キロ）
Meet at Izumi Tamagawa Station and briefing in the river side.（Komae-shi, Tokyo）
Grouping: You will make a group in 4-6 people.

５．ゴール！（京王多摩川駅 河川敷） （東京都調布市）
Goal！（Keio-Tamagawa Station Riverside）（Chofu-shi, Tokyo）
Due to the big earthquake on 25th Apr. 2015 in Nepal, more than 8,700 people have passed away, more than 17.000 people got injured. About 500,000buildings have been completely destroyed and the number of the partially destroyed houses is about 270,000. Moreover, many cultual heritages are collasped.
This project supports kids who suffered from the big earthquake in Tohoku, through visiting Children's hall in Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima, and care for them.
This project helps Vietnamese women in slums to be independent through workshop where they can learn how to make acrylic scrub sponges. NICE sells them in Japan at 300yen; 100 yen is for materials: 200 yean will be given back to the women.
Avery Ikegami was born and raised in Hawaii and from a young age was brought up in a cross cultural environment. Being Japanese American his parents did their best to raise him with Japanese values, but also as an American.
