Activities and attraction of this project:
This is a part of “Tanzawa-ooyama-sizen-saisei-katsudou-project (revitalization project of nature in Tanzawa-ooyama)”.
This project aims to revitalize local community through interacting between people in cities and villages.  We cooperated this project with NPO in Hadano-shi and Isehara-shi as doing revitalization of nature in Tanzawa-ooyama.

In this time, we will cooperate with NPO Institute for Forest of ISEHARA. 

We assist to plant rice at rice paddy fields in where meltwater is poured this season.  We also work for the forest which is the source of water!

We can learn a lot from NPO members how and what to do for nature.  They are all veterans who have “OMOI (experience)” and “WAZA (skill)”.  Let’s feel and enjoy working!

We plan to
■rice planting.
■maintenance of bamboo trees.
■maintenance of country hill.
*Those are only plan.  They will be changed by conditions. 

There is one of the wealthy nature places near Tokyo.  You can get there in 1 and 1/4 hour form SHINJYUKU area.  Let’s spend great 2 days through working, drinking, and laughing with local senior people who know how to get along with nature very well in spring days.  We are looking forward to seeing YOU!!

<a case of using train>
Meeting place is the north exit of Isehara-Station on Odakyu-Line.  We can meet you the front of Yokohama-ginkou (Bank of Yokohama) near a north rotary of the station.  There is near “torii (a gateway of Shinto shrine)”.

Breaking up: May.14th(Sun.),2017 around 16:00 (plan)

Belongings: We show you what we think to need.  There is a possibility of additional belongings. We will contact you through E-mail in that case.
・ Lunch for the first day
・ Suitable outfit for cold weather
・ A set for spend a night (shampoo, body soap, face cleansing, tooth brush etc.)
・ Suitable clothes in which you may get dirt for 2 day’s work
・ Changing clothes for go and back
・ A set of long boots or solid sneakers
・ A headlight or a flashlight
・ A cap
・ Repellent of insect and medicine for insect bite
・ A pair of gloves for work (we recommend ones with rubber on palm side)
・ Rain suits
・ A canteen or a drinking bottle to take drink during survey and move
*It will be chilly at night because of its altitude.  Please make sure to take your warm outfit. 
*There is a possibility of many mosquitoes and gnats, so please take repellent and medicines by yourself.
