How about to spend special satisfying weekends with warm people having fresh air and delicious meals during Golden-week?

Yasiro area Himi-shi, Toyama-ken is an area famous for production of “JINENJO (Japanese yam), Himi-gyu (Himi-beef), Tei-tanpaku-mai (Rice with low protein)”, because of their wealthy nature of forests and climate.  And the effort for solve local problems are so lively as make up “Yasiro-Kankyou-patororu (The team of Yasiro for environmental patrol). 

But this area also has a problem of depopulation.  Only over 700 people live and the rate of elderly people is over 40 percent in there. 
The area has the decrease issue of special products from lack of successors.  And they want for new ideas to appeal the area and the special products to public!

Let’s assist working on the precious local attraction in there with volunteer’s power from all over Japan. 

We plan to assist planting “JINENJO (Japanese yam)” in this time. 
We start working for preparation of plant and plant “MUKAGO (seeds of JINENJO)”.  Only a farmer have planted about 1000 of them up to last year.  He needs help to work.  

Local people are so warm and eager, foods of mountain products and seafoods are so delicious, and so “Jizake (Japanese wine)”!!! 
You can also enjoy beautiful starry sky and homemade Hinoki tub.  You can be felt relax and clean during this weekend.  We can surely say that you will be wanting to come back there after the work camp.

May 7th Work, Breaking up (Spa with volunteers)
*You can take optional tour to a venue of tulip festival, scenic and historic spot of Takaoka on May 4th.  You need to fix your stay on May 4th by yourself.
