Work and Activity:
Let’s spend 3 days with children in Fukushima at country hill.  “Ponta-yama-genki-gakkou” is held by NPO Abukuma-n-s-net.  How about to spend 3 day’s work camp with children in Fukushima during Golden-Week?   

“Ponta-yama-genki-gakkou” aims to have educational activities for learning through experiences for kids.  About 20 kids who are various age, sex, and from various hometown live and work together at Abukuma-n-s-net’s fields.  We leads them to have a regular kids life through “Play”, “Cooking”, “Clean up”, “Take care of live stocks”, and “Study” in full of nature.  There would be some quarrels and fights naturally as 20 kids living and working together.  But those leads kids to learn what is independent and voluntary mind, and how to cooperative with others.  

Volunteers role is to play and live with kids as keeping an eye on them.  We hope volunteers to be there and watch them in good moods that the experiences will be one of assistance in their future situations.  No answer always be there.  The work camp is made up of all sorts of volunteers.  You can choose and show them your way.  
The tasks may include cooking, maintenance of the environment and some other works.  We think that you would like to enjoy yourself as the very first.  Please learn and find yourself during the work camp in “Ponta-yama-genki-gakkou”

*Participants needs to be upper high school students.

*You may concern radioactive contamination.  We have examined the site of Work Camp and all ingredients for radioactive.  We use only safe stuff which meet national safety standards.  Please join us with security and safety feeling.  




Meeting time: After we talk though we think May2nd(Tue.) would be one of the best. 

Meeting place: Waiting room of Iwakinakoso interchange
*We recommend for use of expressway bus named “Iwaki-gou” if you are coming from Tokyo side area.  
*Please let us know if you want to use other transportation as by train or by your own car.  

Breaking up: May 5th(Fri. National holiday),2017 around 19:30 at Tokyo Station
*We can talk about your transportation for back.  

Belongings: Changing clothes, Toiletries, Towel, Long sleeve T-shirts, A pair of long pants, A cap or hat
