We wanted for young people as starting member launched into this project with us.

In this time, we plan to work for “Hotaru (Lightning bugs)” season.

We will work as parking guides, shop assistant with local people in “Hotaru-matsuri (Lightning bug festival)”.
Local people loves Japanese sake, we are not sure what will be happen when you drink with them.  That will be a fun half and a fear half what will happen.  Who knows??

You can taste “YAMAHAI-JYUNMAI-GENSHU-SAKUNOHANA (Japanese unprocessed sake made from organic KOSHIHIKARI)”.  It is mild Japanese sake, so you will not have a hangover next morning.
Organic rice making have gotten in second year.  We plan to mow in rice fields where is full of living things on the second day.

You will awaken your five senses because of working in muddy fields.
The project takes advantage of country hills making Japanese sake very delicious.  We try to rice grow with no weed-killer, agrochemicals, chemical fertilizer, and manure.  We plan to make Japanese sake from the rice grow in the field with diverse living things.  Our Japanese sake will be a great taste and good for your health!

We named the project as “Oishinkou-no-sake project”.
*The plan will be changed by weather conditions
Supper will be a vegetable meal with mainly wild grass and herb that harvested there.  You will keep good stomach whether you eat as much as you want.
