フランスのENOUMAMAの支援を受けて、図書館を設立しました。

女性と地域開発プログラム（AKLALAバティック・センタープロジェクト関連）
「女性と地域開発プログラム」は、AKLALAバティック・センタープロジェクトと連携しており、女性や少女のエンパワーメントを目的とし、彼女たちの個人・集団としての成長を支援することを目指しています。

この目標を達成するため、ASTOVOTは女性たちのニーズに合わせた多様な要素を含むプログラムを提供しています：

非公式な識字教育、ジェンダー問題、性と生殖に関する健康、性教育、女性の権利、自己啓発などの研修および啓発活動

協同組合の支援（貯蓄管理、起業支援、ソーシャル・コミュニケーションなど）

女性たちの活動を紹介する文化イベントの企画・開催

現在、研修や啓発活動は週に3回実施されています。
このプログラムでは、ボランティアが現地チームや受益者と連携しながら、ワークショップ準備のための調査・資料作成などを行う必要があります。

SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES WITH DISABLED CHILDREN FROM THE "L'ENVOL" MEDICO-PSYCHO-PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE

プロジェクト概要：
**インスティテュ・メディコ・プシュコ・ペダゴジック「L'Envol（ラヴォル）」**は、トーゴのクパリメ（Kpalim?）にある施設で、長年にわたりASTOVOTのパートナーとなっています。

この施設では、知的障害（ダウン症など）や脳性麻痺を持つ7歳から15歳の若者たちを受け入れています。
障害を持つ子どもたちはしばしば社会から孤立し、家族にとって「重荷」や「呪い」として見なされることがあります。
ラヴォルはそうした子どもたちにできる限り自立した生活が送れるようにするための教育機会を提供しています。

このプロジェクトにおけるボランティアの使命は、以下の2つです：

教育スタッフの不足を補うこと

子どもたちやスタッフに異文化との接点をもたらすこと
　→ 異文化交流は、すべての人にとって学びと豊かさをもたらします。

ASSISTANCE FOR INSTITUTE TEACHERS (PRIMARY AND KINDERGARTEN)

学校では深刻な教師不足の問題が発生しています。
ボランティアは、授業中に教師を補助したり、補習授業を行うなどして、生徒が効果的に学べるようサポートします。
ボランティアは、トーゴの教育課程に従いながら、自国の教育内容も共有しつつ、以下の教科で生徒を支援します：

幼稚園（2歳?5歳）では、ボランティアは教師を補助し、子どもたちを楽しませるためのさまざまな社会教育的な活動を企画・実施します。

CINEMA AND LIBRARY FOR CHILDREN IN KPALIM?

このプロジェクトは、子どもたちの成長と充実を促進することを目的に設立されました。毎週、数十人の子どもやティーンエイジャーが活動センターに集まります。

この活動の目的は、ボードゲームや映画上映を通じて、楽しく、有意義で、意欲を高める余暇時間を子どもたちに提供することです。ゲームや映画鑑賞を通じて、子どもたちが意識を高め、新しいことを発見し、学ぶことを目指しています。

さらに、ASTOVOTには図書館があり、あらゆる形での読書を促進し、子どもたちに学校教育や日常生活に役立つツールを提供しています。
ボランティアには、図書館の管理、子どもたちへの知識の共有、パートナー機関との活動企画などが求められます。

仕事内容：
ゲームワークショップや映画上映の際に、子どもたちの引率・支援・監督を行う

地元のボランティアと協力して、ゲームや映画上映のスペースの準備と企画を行う

子どもたちがフィクションと現実を区別できるよう手助けをする

INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTERS" PROGRAMME FOR STUDENTS

コンピューターの利用が進展しているにもかかわらず、トーゴの大学、高校、中学校ではこの通信ツールへのアクセスは依然として非常に限られています。
トーゴの生徒・学生の大多数はコンピューターの使用に触れたことがなく、これが学業や大学生活における大きなハンディキャップとなっています。

この現状を踏まえ、ASTOVOTでは、生徒を対象にしたコンピューターとインターネットの簡単かつ実用的な入門講座を設けています。

この入門講座は、コンピューターの基礎知識を持ち、それを若いトーゴ人に伝えたいと考える全てのボランティアに開かれています。ボランティアは、ASTOVOTが雇用する教師と一緒に活動します。

仕事内容：
このプロジェクトでは、ASTOVOTは以下の3つの対象者グループと連携しています：

ASTOVOT本部があるゾマイ地区の生徒たち

クパリメのカトリック多目的中等学校の生徒たち（Coll?ge Catholique Polyvalent de Kpalim?）

クパリメの職業訓練センター（Craft Centre）の受講者たち

ボランティアは希望するグループを1つ選ぶことも、2つまたは3つを組み合わせて活動することも可能です。

SUPPORT FOR THE HEALTH STAFF AT THE "M?RE T?R?SA DE CALCUTTA" CENTRE

「マザー・テレサ・ホーム」について：
「マザー・テレサ・ホーム」は、飢えや渇きに苦しむ人々、ホームレス、HIV/AIDSや結核患者、虚弱な人々、愛情を受けられない人々、生きる希望や信仰を失った人々を支援する施設です。

現在、宗教や国籍を問わず約60人の患者が受け入れられています。

この施設では、医療的ケア、患者のケア・レクリエーション、清掃、調理など、さまざまな仕事が行われています。

2018年以降、このセンターはASTOVOTと提携し、医療トレーニングを受けたボランティアを受け入れ、スタッフの医療支援を行っています。

なお、ボランティアは消耗品か否かにかかわらず、自分の医療器具を持参することができます。

仕事内容：
医療スタッフのサポート（以下を含む）
　・患者の処置、薬の配布、ケア、包帯の交換
　・理学療法（フィジオセラピー）、マッサージ

食事の配膳

「Espace Agro Ecolo」プロジェクトについて：
「Espace Agro Ecolo（エスパス・アグロ・エコロ）」プロジェクトは、ASTOVOT（アストヴォット）とボランティアが共同で行っている、持続可能で有機的な農業を推進するための取り組みです。

このグリーン・マイクロスペースは、有機農業と環境保護に関する知識や技術の学び・共有・対話・発見の交差点となっています。

Victoria Falls Musi OA Tunya

This project focuses on supporting Kindergarten education for children at a local rural school in Victoria Falls. Early Childhood Education is key to the promotion of cognitive, physical and social development of children in the first 1000 days of their lives. This project’s aim is to promote access to ECD services to children and promoting the education of ECD children through play. Volunteers in this project are engaged on a day-to-day basis with children in ECD as Teacher Assistants. They provide a conducive platform for children to access educational services and promoting play as the pivot of education for children in this grade. Children in this grade are between the ages of 3 to 6 years of age. Volunteers have an opportunity to be innovative and initiate educational games for children as well as facilitating coloring and paintings. It is a project for those volunteers who wish to be immersed in visionary artwork, painting and play (indoor or outdoor).

Nzeve Deaf Centre

This program facilitates extra-curricular activities for children and youth through a child center which supports those who need it most. The idea of the Centre is to provide educational and recreational services to children and youth who are deaf. The center also addresses issues of child abuse among other challenges as it is a safe home to deliberate and receive support from Volunteers work together with representatives of the Protection Committee. At the Centre, volunteers have an opportunity to engage in indoor and outdoor play games with the youths who occasionally visit the Centre for play. It is basically an opportunity for international volunteers to appreciate initiatives around safeguarding the rights of children and youths who are differently enabled
