背景 NGO「トーゴ労働ボランティア協会（ASTOVOT）」は、国際ボランティア活動で60年以上の経験を持っています。毎年、世界各国から多くのボランティアが、短期・中期・長期（3週間?12ヶ月）のボランティアプロジェクトに参加しています。これらのプロジェクトは、国内ボランティア（約200人）と国際ボランティアが協力し、年間を通して本当の異文化交流を実現する機会となっています。ASTOVOTは、国際ボランティアサービス調整委員会（CCIVSUNESCO）およびアフリカボランティア団体ネットワーク（NAVO）のメンバーであり、ヨーロッパ、アジア、アメリカ、カナダ、アフリカの複数のボランティア団体と提携しています。プロジェクトは、教育と市民意識の促進、保健、社会、環境保護、異文化学習、社会的インフラの改修・建設を通じた地域開発に焦点を当てています。
仕事内容 「ノートル・ダム・ド・ラ・ミゼリコルド」医療・社会センターについて：
クパリメ（Kpalim?）にある「ノートル・ダム・ド・ラ・ミゼリコルド」医療・社会センターは、ASTOVOTに対してボランティアの派遣を要請しています。
このセンターでは医療スタッフの人数が限られているものの、新しい医療知識を学び、スキル交換を行うことに非常に意欲的です。

またこのプロジェクトは、熱帯医学に関心のある国際ボランティアにとっても学びの機会となり、トーゴのような開発途上国における現実の医療事情に触れる機会にもなります。

センターには、分析ラボ、一般診療部門、産科部門があり、様々な医療職が活動できる体制が整っています。

ボランティアは医療スタッフと同様、白衣（ホワイトコート）を持参してください。

患者および妊婦の診察（妊婦健診）

軽微なケガに対する簡単な外科的処置

子どもの体重測定

予防接種への参加

家族計画に関するセッションの実施

生物医学的分析（血液・尿などの検査）
宿泊 中長期プロジェクトの国際ボランティアは、トーゴ人のホストファミリーの家に滞在します。ホストファミリーは、ボランティアの活動場所に近い家庭から選ばれ、個室・飲料水・1日3食（ボランティアの食事制限に配慮）を提供します。ボランティアは自立した生活を送り、自由に外出や活動参加が可能です。ホストファミリーとの生活は、トーゴの文化や日常を深く理解するための完全な没入体験となります。
場所 トーゴのクパリメ。首都ロメから北へ約120kmに位置するクパリメは、美しい山岳風景や熱帯の植物を楽しみたい自然愛好家やハイカーにとって理想的な場所です。数多くの自然の滝があり、水辺でリフレッシュできます。クパリメはまた、トーゴ国内最大の工芸の中心地でもあり、多くの芸術家や職人がここに居住しています。プロジェクト活動に加えて、ボランティアは自由時間に散策、ハイキング、交流イベント、文化体験などを楽しむことができます。これらの活動は、地元の人々との交流やトーゴ文化の理解を深める機会となります。※観光や外出にかかる費用は、参加費には含まれません。

The price of a taxi between Lom? and Kpalim? is 3000 FCFA at the parking places (5?). We advise volunteers to pay 5,000 CFA francs for the driver to take you back to the association's headquarters.. 備考 It is essential to apply for a visa before flying to Togo. We advise volunteers to apply for a tourist visa, as there is no section reserved for volunteers. ASTOVOT will send you a letter of invitation before you apply for your visa. It prepares the files requested before obtaining the visa. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There is an infosheet for each project which contains information on the conditions of participation, contacts, necessary information on pre-trip preparations, arrival in Togo, transport, accommodation, planning of project activities...etc. The infosheet is sent individually to the volunteers after their registration to the projects. If you are interested in several projects, please let us know. We will try, as far as possible, to combine several projects. It is usually best to send a list with an order of preference. If you choose a single project and it only occupies a few hours per day, it will be possible to decide how to complete your schedule according to your desires and interests and the needs of our partners. It takes about a month between the acceptance of the project and the arrival on site. Indeed, some administrative steps have to be taken in order to welcome you. Once your project has been accepted, we will send you an official invitation letter
ASTOVOT doesn't have any insurance covering international volunteers. Volunteers should contact the sending organisation for more information. It is important for volunteers to have health insurance.
We recommend not carrying a lot of cash. They should bring bank cards to make withdrawals when they need them for purchases.
