背景 NGO「トーゴ労働ボランティア協会（ASTOVOT）」は、国際ボランティア活動で60年以上の経験を持っています。毎年、世界各国から多くのボランティアが、短期・中期・長期（3週間?12ヶ月）のボランティアプロジェクトに参加しています。これらのプロジェクトは、国内ボランティア（約200人）と国際ボランティアが協力し、年間を通して本当の異文化交流を実現する機会となっています。ASTOVOTは、国際ボランティアサービス調整委員会（CCIVSUNESCO）およびアフリカボランティア団体ネットワーク（NAVO）のメンバーであり、ヨーロッパ、アジア、アメリカ、カナダ、アフリカの複数のボランティア団体と提携しています。プロジェクトは、教育と市民意識の促進、保健、社会、環境保護、異文化学習、社会的インフラの改修・建設を通じた地域開発に焦点を当てています。
仕事内容 プロジェクト概要：
**インスティテュ・メディコ・プシュコ・ペダゴジック「L'Envol（ラヴォル）」**は、トーゴのクパリメ（Kpalim?）にある施設で、長年にわたりASTOVOTのパートナーとなっています。

この施設では、知的障害（ダウン症など）や脳性麻痺を持つ7歳から15歳の若者たちを受け入れています。
障害を持つ子どもたちはしばしば社会から孤立し、家族にとって「重荷」や「呪い」として見なされることがあります。
ラヴォルはそうした子どもたちにできる限り自立した生活が送れるようにするための教育機会を提供しています。

このプロジェクトにおけるボランティアの使命は、以下の2つです：

教育スタッフの不足を補うこと

子どもたちやスタッフに異文化との接点をもたらすこと
　→ 異文化交流は、すべての人にとって学びと豊かさをもたらします。

仕事内容：
日々の活動において、子どもたちの見守りやサポートを教育スタッフと一緒に行う

以下のようなワークショップで子どもたちと一緒に活動する：
　・造形やクラフト（物づくり）
　・コラージュやお絵描き
　・ゲーム、会話、音楽とダンス、物語や歌

文化的・芸術的なアクティビティの企画と実施

自国の文化を紹介（例：歌やダンス、遊びなど）
宿泊 中長期プロジェクトの国際ボランティアは、トーゴ人のホストファミリーの家に滞在します。ホストファミリーは、ボランティアの活動場所に近い家庭から選ばれ、個室・飲料水・1日3食（ボランティアの食事制限に配慮）を提供します。ボランティアは自立した生活を送り、自由に外出や活動参加が可能です。ホストファミリーとの生活は、トーゴの文化や日常を深く理解するための完全な没入体験となります。
場所 トーゴのクパリメ。首都ロメから北へ約120kmに位置するクパリメは、美しい山岳風景や熱帯の植物を楽しみたい自然愛好家やハイカーにとって理想的な場所です。数多くの自然の滝があり、水辺でリフレッシュできます。クパリメはまた、トーゴ国内最大の工芸の中心地でもあり、多くの芸術家や職人がここに居住しています。プロジェクト活動に加えて、ボランティアは自由時間に散策、ハイキング、交流イベント、文化体験などを楽しむことができます。これらの活動は、地元の人々との交流やトーゴ文化の理解を深める機会となります。※観光や外出にかかる費用は、参加費には含まれません。

The ASTOVOT headquarters is the meeting place for the volunteers and also the starting point for the workcamp. The distance between Lom?-Kpalim? is 121 km and the duration is 1h 45 to 2h drive. The price of a taxi between Lom? and Kpalim? is 3000 FCFA at the parking places (5?). We advise volunteers to pay 5,000 CFA francs for the driver to take you back to the association's headquarters.. 備考 It is essential to apply for a visa before flying to Togo. We advise volunteers to apply for a tourist visa, as there is no section reserved for volunteers. ASTOVOT will send you a letter of invitation before you apply for your visa. It prepares the files requested before obtaining the visa. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There is an infosheet for each project which contains information on the conditions of participation, contacts, necessary information on pre-trip preparations, arrival in Togo, transport, accommodation, planning of project activities...etc. The infosheet is sent individually to the volunteers after their registration to the projects. If you are interested in several projects, please let us know. We will try, as far as possible, to combine several projects. It is usually best to send a list with an order of preference. If you choose a single project and it only occupies a few hours per day, it will be possible to decide how to complete your schedule according to your desires and interests and the needs of our partners. It takes about a month between the acceptance of the project and the arrival on site. Indeed, some administrative steps have to be taken in order to welcome you. Once your project has been accepted, we will send you an official invitation letter
ASTOVOT doesn't have any insurance covering international volunteers. Volunteers should contact the sending organisation for more information. It is important for volunteers to have health insurance.
We recommend not carrying a lot of cash. They should bring bank cards to make withdrawals when they need them for purchases
