背景 NGO「トーゴ労働ボランティア協会（ASTOVOT）」は、国際ボランティア活動で60年以上の経験を持っています。毎年、世界各国から多くのボランティアが、短期・中期・長期（3週間?12ヶ月）のボランティアプロジェクトに参加しています。これらのプロジェクトは、国内ボランティア（約200人）と国際ボランティアが協力し、年間を通して本当の異文化交流を実現する機会となっています。ASTOVOTは、国際ボランティアサービス調整委員会（CCIVSUNESCO）およびアフリカボランティア団体ネットワーク（NAVO）のメンバーであり、ヨーロッパ、アジア、アメリカ、カナダ、アフリカの複数のボランティア団体と提携しています。プロジェクトは、教育と市民意識の促進、保健、社会、環境保護、異文化学習、社会的インフラの改修・建設を通じた地域開発に焦点を当てています。
仕事内容 プロジェクト概要：
クロト工芸センターは1960年代後半に設立され、職業訓練と工芸品の製作・販売を組み合わせた施設です。
ここでは、木彫り、陶芸、バティック（キャンバスやTシャツ、腰布などへのプリント）、マクラメ編みなど、さまざまな工芸品が制作されています。

このプログラムは、自身の経験を活かしながら学び、交流したいボランティアにとって、現地の工芸スタッフや研修生たちと共に活動する絶好の機会です。
絵画、陶芸、木彫り、バティック染め、腰布の織物、ペイント、裁縫などの現地の技術を学びながら、自分の情熱を共有し、真の芸術的・職人的交流を体験できます。

仕事内容：
センターの教師の日々の教育活動を補助する

現地の工芸技術を学ぶ

若い研修生やアーティストと一緒に活動し、彼らの創造力や才能を伸ばす支援を行う

陶芸、彫刻、裁縫、美容、アクセサリー制作、絵画、バティック染めなどのワークショップに参加する

このプロジェクトに参加するボランティアには、短期間で技術を習得するための「速習コース」ではないことをあらかじめ明確に伝える必要があります。
このプロジェクトは、文化的かつ芸術的な発見と交流を目的としたものであり、研修内容はセンターの運営側が定めたプログラムに基づいて行われます
宿泊 中長期プロジェクトの国際ボランティアは、トーゴ人のホストファミリーの家に滞在します。ホストファミリーは、ボランティアの活動場所に近い家庭から選ばれ、個室・飲料水・1日3食（ボランティアの食事制限に配慮）を提供します。ボランティアは自立した生活を送り、自由に外出や活動参加が可能です。ホストファミリーとの生活は、トーゴの文化や日常を深く理解するための完全な没入体験となります。
場所 トーゴのクパリメ。首都ロメから北へ約120kmに位置するクパリメは、美しい山岳風景や熱帯の植物を楽しみたい自然愛好家やハイカーにとって理想的な場所です。数多くの自然の滝があり、水辺でリフレッシュできます。クパリメはまた、トーゴ国内最大の工芸の中心地でもあり、多くの芸術家や職人がここに居住しています。プロジェクト活動に加えて、ボランティアは自由時間に散策、ハイキング、交流イベント、文化体験などを楽しむことができます。これらの活動は、地元の人々との交流やトーゴ文化の理解を深める機会となります。※観光や外出にかかる費用は、参加費には含まれません。

The ASTOVOT headquarters is the meeting place for the volunteers and also the starting point for the project and Host family. The distance between Lom?-Kpalim? is 121 km and the duration is 1h 45 to 2h drive. The price of a taxi between Lom? and Kpalim? is 3000 FCFA at the parking places (5?). We advise volunteers to pay 5,000 CFA francs for the driver to take you back to the association's headquarters.. Nearest airport is . 備考 It is essential to apply for a visa before flying to Togo. We advise volunteers to apply for a tourist visa, as there is no section reserved for volunteers. ASTOVOT will send you a letter of invitation before you apply for your visa. It prepares the files requested before obtaining the visa. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There is an infosheet for each project which contains information on the conditions of participation, contacts, necessary information on pre-trip preparations, arrival in Togo, transport, accommodation, planning of project activities...etc. The infosheet is sent individually to the volunteers after their registration to the projects. If you are interested in several projects, please let us know. We will try, as far as possible, to combine several projects. It is usually best to send a list with an order of preference. If you choose a single project and it only occupies a few hours per day, it will be possible to decide how to complete your schedule according to your desires and interests and the needs of our partners. It takes about a month between the acceptance of the project and the arrival on site. Indeed, some administrative steps have to be taken in order to welcome you. Once your project has been accepted, we will send you an official invitation letter
ASTOVOT doesn't have any insurance covering international volunteers. Volunteers should contact the sending organisation for more information. It is important for volunteers to have health insurance.
We recommend not carrying a lot of cash. They should bring bank cards to make withdrawals when they need them for purchases.
