背景 Work with children is carried out through a non-governmental organization that provides a preventive socio-educational service, aimed at working children and adolescents at risk, whose families work in the market; Through integral pedagogy and mediator, aimed at preserving family integration, and school continuity. It currently has large areas of work: social development, complementary alternative education, and autonomy. The center also offers health and psychology services, dining and school monitoring. The project is located in Cuenca the capital city of the Province of Azuay.
仕事内容 The volunteer will support the staff of the center in the activities they need, including:
Educational activities
Help in the dinning room.
宿泊 With host family. Including breakfast, lunch, dinner and internet.
場所 Cuenca. There is water, electricity, phones. Internet can be found on internet cafes. There are parks with wi-fi.
集合場所 . Nearest airport is UIO. Nearest train or bus station is Cuenca.
追加登録費 430 USD /月（募集時のレートでは約65,000円）を現地到着時に現金払い。
資格 Age 18-70. Spanish knowledge is necessary.

主催者・支援機関詳細 財団法人Proyecto Ecol?gico Chiribogaは、政治的、宗教的、人種的差別なく活動する非営利団体で、南米エクアドルの環境省の閣僚協定N°47によって法的に構成されている。財団は10年以上にわたり、教育、社会福祉、環境プロジェクトを行っており、その主な目的は、環境の保護と保全、環境範囲と地域経済の発展に関連した活動を行う地域社会の発展の促進です。
企画者・参加者の声 　「モンゴル」に憧れて参加。期待を裏切らない大自然。野菜の収穫は楽しかったけど、建設と水やりは少し寂しかった…不慣れながらも大人数の食事を準備したこと、みんなで文句を言いながらもやかんでお湯を沸かしてシャワーを浴びたこと、寒い中で星を見たこと、ささいな瞬間全てが「非日常」だった（経験者談）。
