背景 This project is organizedand hosted by De Amicitia www.deamictia.org. De Amicitia is an environmental and local developent non governmental organisation that is funded in 1998 and actively working in the youth field and volunteering for 25 years. The main activity of the organisations is organising workcamps and local/ international youth projects in collaboration with the town halls and local associations. De Amicitia is part of Anna Lindh Foundation, The Alliance and WWOOF network.
仕事内容 De Amicitia has its own beekeeping project for educational and environmental purposes. We have 20-25 hives located in Altea that are used to carry out educational activities in centers and to pollinate the environment, as well as to produce a few kilos of honey that are used as gifts and to give visibility to the association. Volunteers will help us to maintain our educational beehive hives and panels and probably to fill up our glass jars with our fresh and delicius honey. We will also may ask them to support other assocations in the area by participating in local ecological activities like trail cleaning, community garden support, or beach litter removal, depending on current needs.
Volunteers should be ready for a hands-on, flexible experience and excited to contribute wherever help is most needed.
宿泊 The volunteers will stay in a volunteer house, with four rooms with several bunkbeds and bathrooms. They will share rooms with four to six other volunteers. The house includes a nice kitchen in which the volunteers will cook for themselves in the guidance of the camp leaders. You can either bring your own sheets or a sleeping bag. There are beds and pillows, sheets and pillow covers but it will be convenient that the volunteers bring their own.
場所 Sanet i Negrals. Sanet is a small town in the southwest of Spain close to D?nia (communidad de Valencia). It lays in the beautiful countryside, surrounded by hills which are great for hiking - there are a lot of hiking trails to discover. There is a local swimming pool available and D?nia is only 5 minutes by cars.
The house is located right in the middle of town, so there are great opportunities to interact and socialize with the locals and to truly experience the Spanish countryside.
Furthermore, the volunteers can make excursions to Ondara and El Vergel, local towns close to Sanet. The surrounding villages like Benimelli and R?fol d'Almunia can also be visited. There will also be day trips to the beach which is about 15 minutes by car from Sanet.

追加登録費 50 EUR（募集レートで約8,000円）を受入決定後にカード払い。
資格 Age 18-99. Not open for allergic to bees. This project can be exceptionally be open for minor age volunteers.
備考 We are prepare to run the project even if number of volunteers is low as there are still some Long Term Volunteers in the house.
