背景 Association Togolaise des Volontaires au Travail（ASTOVOT） は、60年以上の経験を持ち、毎年トーゴで短期・中期・長期（3週間から12か月間）の国際ボランティアプロジェクトに国際ボランティアを受け入れている。そしてこのプロジェクトでは、約204名の国内外のボランティアによる異文化交流が促進されてる。またASTOVOT は、CCSVI-UNESCO（国際ボランティア活動調整委員会）および NAVO（アフリカボランティア団体ネットワーク）のメンバーであり、ヨーロッパ、アジア、北アメリカ、アフリカのパートナーと連携している。その取り組みは、教育、保健、環境保護、社会・地域インフラの改修など、地域社会の発展を中心に展開されている。学校夏休み期間中、ASTOVOTはY？vi？p？村と協力して、村の子どもたちを対象とした社会教育活動と教育支援を提供する国際ワークキャンプを主催している。これは、国内と国際のボランティアが3週間かけて教育やレクリエーションの場で支援を提供する連帯の取り組みである。支援は、ASTOVOTが建設した図書館とY？vi？p？村の小学校を拠点に行われる。目的は、子どもの学校教育を支援しつつ、同時にレクリエーションや創造的な機会を提供し、彼らの成長を促すことである。
仕事内容 数学・フランス語・外国語など生徒の学習を支援、インタラクティブで遊び心のある教育ワークショップ、特別な教育支援が必要な子どもに対してのフォローアップ、創造性と学習を刺激するゲームや遊び、絵描き・絵画・彫刻・リサイクル材料を使ったDIY、スポーツ活動

場所 Y?vi?p? Village (Kloto)。トーゴとガーナの国境にあるNyiv?村とを結ぶ道路沿いに位置し、Kpalim?町から12km離れた場所に位置する人口約3,000人のY?vi?p? 村は、18世紀末に設立された。最寄り駅またはバス停はBus Station Lom?-Kpalim?
集合場所 When you arrive at Lom? airport, a member of the organisation will meet you and take you to your accommodation in Lom?. Taxis from the airport to the hotel cost between ?10 and ?15. Transport to Kpalim? is by bush taxi or minibus. ASTOVOT's head office, where the volunteers meet and where the project starts, is 121 km from Lom?, a journey of between 1 hour 45 minutes and 2 hours. The price of a taxi between Lom? and Kpalim? is around 3,000 FCFA (?5), but extra charges may apply. It is recommended that you pay 5000 FCFA for the driver to take you directly to the association's head office.. Nearest airport is LFW. Nearest train or bus station is Bus Station Lom?-Kpalim?.

資格 70才以下、フランス語話せる方歓迎
備考 The main languages on the project are English and French. However, we recommend that non-French speakers have a basic knowledge of French before they arrive, as French is the official language of Togo. In addition, the vast majority of local volunteers and community members have a limited level of English.
Purpose of extra costs: Astovot, like all associations in Togo, receives no government subsidies. Its projects are funded by the volunteers' participation fees, which amount to ?220 for 2 to 3 weeks. This sum covers accommodation, food, support for the group, administrative costs and the purchase of equipment for the project. The funds are divided as follows: 3/4 for project activities and 1/4 for ASTOVOT's administrative management.

主催者・支援機関詳細 キリスト教の理念に基づくNGO、Association Togolaise des Volontaires au Travailは1963年設立。社会・文化活動や環境保護、健康に対するキャンペーン活動などを通じて、福祉改善・発展を促し、市民の生活改善が目的。開始日前日にトーゴ到着推奨。特に記載がない場合、開催地は首都Lomeからおよそ120kmの丘に囲まれた町Kpalime。黄熱病ワクチンの事前接種必要。
