Collaborative workshops with rural communities in Eastern Poland

The volunteers can carry out daily activities with the guests of centers for people with intellectual disabilities, especially garden-therapy (not only vegetable production but also care and maintenance of green areas and forests), repairs work, manual laboratories, excursions, games and socialization with them.

ALLIKSAARE HORSE FARM III 海沿い牧場で馬の世話や調教・馬小屋清掃

多岐にわたる仕事：海沿いの牧草地の手入れや管理、牧草地周辺の清掃、柵の設置や撤去、柵の修理、馬小屋の掃除。牧場近くの海岸で、嵐で運ばれてきたゴミを清掃する仕事も。冬場の馬の餌を準備する仕事も。最も重要なのは、馬の世話や調教など、馬と直接関わる仕事。馬の年齢は問わないが、若い馬が多いので、経験と学ぶ意欲次第では、若い馬の世話や調教の実践も可能。例えば、仔馬の世話やしつけ、1歳馬のハルター調教、若馬の装鞍や馬車の調教など。主に屋外での仕事。
勤務時間は1日6～7時間。監督や指導の下での作業もあるが、ほとんどは単独で行う。

REgenerate　エコ農業と環境保全、動物の世話：14-17才

自然とともに学び、成長できる持続可能な農場トレーニングセンターで活動。持続可能な農業や環境保全を実践しながら、地域社会と世界中にサステナブルなライフスタイルを広めることを目指すプロジェクト。天候やその時々のニーズに応じて、農業、畜産、自然エリアの修復、伝統建築の保存など、さまざまな作業を行う。
＜主な活動内容＞
●パーマカルチャーガーデンの整備・管理:自然と調和する農業の方法を学び、実践。
●動物の世話：羊・ヤギ・ウサギなどの飼育、牧草地の整備、冬季用の飼料準備
●自然エリアの保全活動：灌木を除去して自然の草地を再生し、茂みから河川を浄化。地域の生態系を守る
●自然歩道づくり：森の中に自然散策路を作り、茂みを取り除き、木を植える。これにより自然の美しさを高め、教育的機会も創出する
【学習パート】実践的な活動に加え、エコ・アクティビズムに関する非公式教育セッション実施。ボランティア自身が地域でサステナブルな活動を起こすための知識やスキルを身につけられる。

"Everybody smiles in the same language"

Volunteers will spend mornings in various activities with the members that Association supports. There will be artistic tasks (mosaics), educational (some workshops), sports... After the lunch, together with the users, volunteers will walk in city center visiting main museums (National one, Nikola Tesla museum, Ethnographic...).

Volunteers will also dedicate some time to keep the school clean.

The main aim is to be there to meet the people that don't have that many opportunities for that in regular life, so the good will is really something that will help immensely!

Eco-Explorers Camp for Children　緑豊かな村で、子どもエコ探検キャンプ運営

最初の1週間は場所に慣れ、準備。7/7~11の間、最大20名の田舎の子どもたちを対象に、環境問題に焦点を当てたデイキャンプを開催。Kostelni Lhotaは緑豊かな村で、環境意識の向上に努めている。雨天の場合は、コミュニティセンターの大ホールで活動。子どもたちのための5日間の活動的なプログラムのため、体力的にハードではないが、精神的にハードな仕事。
【学習テーマ】Kostelni Lhotaにおける地域活動について地元市長を招いて行うワークショップ、Sadska、Podebrady（温泉街）、Nymburkなど近隣の村々への訪問。移動手段として自転車が提供。地域社会の力学や地域文化を理解し、周辺地域を探索

NEST fest is calling you!

Volunteers will help in preparing the local festival ("Gnezdo"-Nest fest). Mow the lawns, limit the space for guests, putting the stage, moving objects, positioning curtains, but also cleaning the riverbanks (since it will be located on the riverbank). The improvised stairs in the ground will be made, signs will be positioned, the trash bins will be made at certain locations. The volunteers will help in everything that is there to be done during the 3-day festival (giving instructions, direct people, answer the question, carry things from one side to another). At the end, they will choose the content for publishing on social media.

Explore your multicultural crafts with kids

The volunteers will help with organisation of activities, games, creative workshops and intercultural program for children and parents. They will share their cultural values and traditions that are connected to history of their country through specific crafts. The activities will be organized during the daily summer camp for kids. There are no special skills required. Important is motivation and empathy. The local volunteers from family centre will be guiding the volunteers during the work. On the Saturday 05.07., the volunteers together with camp leaders will plan the activities and program for daily summer camp. The working hours are from Monday to Friday divided as follows: 8:30 ? 11:30 and 12:30 ? 15:30. By participating to this project you contribute to reducing inequality within and among countries (UN SDG 10).

ロフロフ城（Rochlov）の庭園の除草と植栽、ラマや羊への餌の用意と運搬、動物の飼育舎のペンキ塗りや外装工事、新しいスペースを作るための草刈り、フェンスの設置など、様々な活動。フェンスの塗装、屋外文化イベントの準備、テントの設営、会場の整理など。天候が悪い場合は、厩舎の清掃や農場の建物の維持管理を手伝い、常に意義のある活動を行う【学習テーマ】近隣の町や村（Marianske Lazneマリアーンスケー・ラーズニェ、Uteryウテリ、Chebヘプ、Chotesovホテショフ)への旅行や遠足を通して、西ボヘミアとその複雑な歴史に触れる。また、ピルゼンとその有名なピルスナーウルケル醸造所と博物館訪問。

Art of Living - Youth Rehabillitation Centre (Monar Wyszkﾃｳw near Warsaw)

Your main role as a volunteer is to connect with the residents, support their daily routine, and bring fresh energy to the community. You’ll help out with everyday tasks like gardening, cleaning, and working in the kitchen, while also getting involved in leisure activities with the residents. There will be plenty of opportunities to join in on games, campfires, sports, and creative workshops, all of which play an important role in the healing process. If you're interested, you can also accompany the residents to visit children at a sociotherapy center and take part in organizing fun activities for them. In 2023, Monar opened a new center for teenagers next to its main facility. As a volunteer, your role will include working with younger residents through workshops and social activities.

LEPANIIDI ORGANIC FARM 2　羊とヤギの有機ファームで搾乳、ベリー摘み

Lepaniidi Farmは、肉と羊毛を生産するために約100頭の羊と、ミルクとチーズを生産するために20頭以上のヤギを飼育。放牧、餌やり、ヤギの乳搾り、牛乳の加工、ベリーや野菜の収穫。朝はヤギの乳搾り、昼はベリーや果物（イチゴ、ラズベリー、カシス）を摘んでジャムやジュースを作ったり、菜園で雑草を取ったり、野菜を収穫したりする。夏の終わりには、主に野菜（ジャガイモ、ニンジン、ビートルート）の収穫と選別、ヤギの乳搾り、チーズ作り。参加者は様々な農作業に慣れることができ、ヤギのチーズの作り方も学べる。
勤務時間は一日6～7時間、週5～6日（注：搾乳は毎日）。
ボランティアは地元のホストファミリーと、家族のように仕事やレジャーを共にする。

Oasis in Golubinci

The camp is designed as a place for socializing, mutual communication and inclusion of people with developmental disabilities with volunteers from the regular population, who come from different cultures and environments.
Volunteers will work in the "Oasis" on everyday activities with the users of the house. Main activities are activities that the users also engage in daily life: maintenance and arrangement of work and living space; tidying up the yard and plot; pulling weeds (not that one, hehe) and working in the garden (planting, hoeing, watering, crop care and harvesting); sorting of the obtained fruits and vegetables - separation for feeding in the camp, for distribution to socially disadvantaged members of the local community, for livestock and for compost; feeding of animals and maintenance of premises where animals stay; emptying recycling containers with PET packaging, pressing the packaging, visiting vulnerable families from the local community.
The part of the camp will be dedicated to the artistic decoration of the wall in the garden.

Fairy - Big researchers summer camp

The work will be educative and mainly focused on environmental topics.

As researchers from "Vladimir Mandi? Manda" have this practice going on for years now, the scheme is very-well prepared. The accent is on learning, but also on meeting between people and spending time in the lovely nature.

Every day there will be at least one important lecture, that will be led by experienced members of organization. The topics will be chosen there, having in mind practical possibilities (the goal is that volunteers find out something and then apply it next day right there, on the field).

Volunteers, as well, will be invited to make their own presentations of topics they choose.

There will, also, be few workshops on bushcraft i.e. surviving in the natural environment.

レクリエーション・エリアにある2棟の大型キャビンの修理。具体的には、屋根を除くキャビン表面の改修（キャビンの外壁と内壁のやすりがけ、ペンキの塗り替え、小さな補修）。また、コテージ前の屋外テラスの修繕（古い床板の撤去と新しい床板の敷設、必要な塗装、内装の小修繕、木工）。作業は肉体的にハードではないが、梯子を使っての作業、コテージの壁の上部の塗装、テラス用材木の取り扱い、木材の清掃など、手作業であることに留意。【学習テーマ】ハインリヒ・マットーニとキセルカ村の温泉にまつわる地元の歴史を探訪。かつての温泉街、マットーニ遊歩道、マットーニ博物館、ブチナ展望台を巡るツアー。復元された歴史的な映画館、ラドショフの木造橋、地元の教会訪問

Around 30 young adults, aged 18?30, undergo year-long therapy at the Gaudynki center. They come from diverse backgrounds and different parts of Poland. In addition to their daily responsibilities, they engage in a range of activities, including art, sports, theater, and outdoor experiences, which play a vital role in their recovery. The aim of this workcamp is to introduce volunteers to life in therapy and help create an atmosphere that fosters healing and growth. As a volunteer, your main role will be to engage with the community by supporting them in their daily activities, such as gardening, cleaning, cooking, and renovation work. You’ll also play an active role in leisure activities?organizing games, campfires, sports, and creative workshops to bring fresh energy and positivity.

ユダヤ人墓地とShakhs・シナゴーグで働き、屋外の整備（舗道の清掃、草刈りと草かき、墓地の管理など）。ワークキャンプ期間中にホレショフで開催されるユダヤ文化フェスティバルの準備（イベント用の様々な機材の移動や設置など）。体力的にハードな仕事もある。
週末も働くが（フェスティバルのため）、それ以外の日は十分な休みが取れる。
【学習テーマ】 地元のモニュメントを訪ねたり、ユダヤ文化フェスティバル（コンサート、パフォーマンス、映画など）を体験することで、ユダヤ文化とその遺産について多くを学ぶことができる。バーベキューや町の代表者との伝統的な昼食会を通して、地元の人々と触れ合う機会もある。
