Ecovillage of Granara: Get in the game! Cohabitation of differences to overcome disability　障がいのある若者達と生活・緑地整備やゲーム

午前中の作業は、緑地の手入れ（草刈り・植栽など）、木工・大工仕事、粘土や裁縫を使ったクラフト活動、調理、障がいのある方のサポート
午後は、作業の続きや以下の活動：ゲームやアート活動、ディベートやディスカッション（テーマ：エコロジー、持続可能性、障がいなど）。
これらの活動は、チームワーク、共生、共有スペースへの配慮を大切にし、特に障がいのある若者たちを含め、すべての参加者の自己肯定感や帰属意識、コミュニケーション能力の向上を目指す。
※作業は1日6時間が基本。
【学習パート】エコロジー、グループダイナミクス、障がい、インクルージョンなどのテーマを扱う。参加者は、コミュニケーション力やチームワークを高めるとともに、太陽エネルギー、粘土を使った建築技法、水の循環システムのような人と環境に配慮した適正技術について学ぶ。朝と夕方のグループゲームを通じて、仲間同士のつながりを深め、午後のアクティビティでは、これらの重要なテーマについて自分の考えを振り返る時間が設けられる。作業中、スタッフから村の構造や技術に関する説明も随時行われる。定期的な振り返り（評価）の時間もある

Seeds of Change

(7:00 ? 11:00 and 17:00 -19:00) (Closed on Sunday and Monday).
Among the main activities:
- Transplanting and sowing seedlings.
- Weeding by hand and with light tools the spontaneous herbs from the rows.
- Harvesting vegetables and helping with preparation and division.
- Picking and tying tomatoes.
- Setting up the fields with irrigation hoses.
- Manually checking for pests.
- Recovering seeds from the crops, for reproduction.
In August, work in the fields is particularly tiring due to the high temperatures, which on average exceed 35 degrees. Prolonged physical effort over the course of days can be very stressful, both physically and mentally. All activities will be carried out alongside the various members of the cooperative who participate weekly, in a spirit of sharing and exchanging

XUVENTUDE ? CAMI?O. PALAS

このワークキャンプの最大の目的は、巡礼路「カミーニョ・デ・サンティアゴ（Camino de Santiago）」の持つ活力を高め、巡礼者に奉仕する習慣を作り、地域住民にボランティア精神を再認識してもらうことです。世界中から集まったボランティアが地域のために活動する姿は、常に地元の注目を集めます。キャンプ期間中、ボランティアは自転車で日々巡礼路を巡回し、巡礼者に情報提供や支援・励ましを行います。周辺の巡礼路整備や、Os Chacotes巡礼宿周辺でのアクティビティ企画（講話、座談会、ワークショップなど）も実施します。また、このワークキャンプの情報発信と巡礼文化の普及のためのWebアプリも作成予定です。さらに、Vilar das Donas教会の建立800周年を記念するルートの整備も行います。

CLEANING OF NATURE RESERVE - 3

Work will be run in the little uninhabited island in the middle of the sea every morning. Volunteers will take a boat every day to join this place, therefore, it is compulsory to be able to swim for safety reason Volunteers will support natural reserve s staff in: restoration of the flora (this action is part of over thirty-year plan put in practice by Lipu and volunteers) and maintenance of existing vegetation (watering plants), maintenance of the protected area (re-building stone paths) cleaning of the protected area from litter (the area is exposed to different marine streams that bring waste from the sea) cooking meals for the group in couple and following shifts other tasks. Work will be done mainly in the morning and in case of wind or rain it will be postponed. Work is manual and demands physical effort, it is also tiring due to hot temperature and Southern sun (hat and sunblock are compulsory).

Volunteers will support socio-educational workshops and leisure activities during summer camps/educational workshops for the wider community. The activities will take place mainly in the mornings (from 9.00 to 12.30) and some afternoons for coordination and planning activities (max. 3 afternoon meetings of 2 hours). This year s summer camp of September will work on the summer learning loss, by using a game-based methodology. It tackles transversal themes as environmental issues, upcycling, knowledge of nature. International and local volunteers will work on thematic daily workshops, to explore in a playful way contents connected to school curriculum. Then they will also work on artistic and transversal skills.
