Urbact Callosa I

The aim of this workcamp is to preserve the natural reserve area surrounding called "Fonts del R?o Algar." More concretely, the work will be mainly dedicated to parks and gardens maintenance or “arboretum”: removing the over-grown grass, weeding some parts of the grasslands and the edge of the woods, maintaining footpaths. Volunteers will also take part in the clean-up of some areas of the reserve where building waste has been found, and if time allows it, they will carry out some painting works around the centre.

There will be other additional tasks to change the daily routine of the volunteers. Volunteers might participate in projects using recycled materials, such as sculptures, murals, mosaics, crafts, artistic activities, or other initiatives requested by the local town hall. Also, here may be a day of social work with the youngsters of the town in the local youth center, depending on availability and planning.

Santa B?rbara Altea Estiu I

Summer school aimed at promoting youth learning about the value of nature and the environment by bringing them closer to and connecting them with the local natural ecosystem. This fosters environmental awareness and provides them with learning tools, as well as respect for nature and humanity, through activities focused on the local flora and fauna.
- Volunteers will prepare with the help of the coordinators and campleaders different activities and workshops for the local children (we are looking for committed and proactive participants).
- Volunteers will participate in relaxion workshops, excursions, activities in the rural world and natural sciencies, manual and creative activities.

A space free of screens, warm, for learning and fun among all young people and focused on nature will be created. The participant will be instructed and will instruct to become familiar with the true protagonists of the camps, nature and coexistence. They will learn to know, respect and value the land and the inhabitants who populate it.

Knowledge of English is mandatory and Spanish or Valencian is valued.
During the summer, temperatures can be very high, and weather conditions may not be optimal due to this.

【学習テーマ】フロズニェチーン市の歴史と将来の発展ビジョンについて学び、チェコ文化と周辺地域の美しい自然を探索。ボランティアは自国とのつながりについて、公共空間でのボランティア活動の重要性、そして地元の人々が躊躇せずにボランティア活動に参加できるよう促す方法について話し合う。

Integration Centre for Children and Youth - Summer in the City in Warsaw

As part of the “Summer in the City” programme, volunteers will help organize activities for approximately 25 to 30 children. Their role involves co-leading workshops, animations, and recreational activities such as arts and crafts, sports, and cultural exchanges. Volunteers will also support educators, assist with supervising children, and accompany them on excursions, which may include visits to a swimming pool or sightseeing around Warsaw. Given that some children have immigrant or refugee backgrounds, cultural sensitivity and adaptability are essential in creating a nurturing and inclusive space.

Volunteers will participate in awareness raising activities and promote the World Heritage Education Program and its activities in local schools and surrounding communities. They will also learn and practice traditional restoration, construction and lime painting techniques and help clean and restore the most damaged parts of the monastery under the supervision of the competent authorities. In addition, to provide better management and promote World Heritage sites, they will have the opportunity to make a presentation on their country/state's heritage for students and local people and conduct a survey for the site's managing authorities or interviewing tourists who visit the site and members of the community. They will visit symbolic places of the municipality and discover the gastronomic heritage of this magical place

The community of Horb is counting on your help to build a Recycling Station for kids. In addition you will help to extend and improve other parts of the town’s public infrastructure. Your specific tasks will be:

- Construction of a recycling station in two municipal kindergartens
- Renovation of a tool shed (woodworking tasks)
- Renovation of the playground area in a kindergarten
- Renovation of the care centre building in a primary school

The work will be led by a professional instructor, so no previous experience is needed. You will work 30 hours per week, between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday with a lunchbreak. You will also be divided in smaller groups throughout the days to effectively complete the different tasks.

Intercultural exposure

The major aspect of this project will be focusing on community life styles. Volunteers and Community members will have an opportunity to experience and exchange both work and leisure behavior patents in various activities, attitudes, interest, opinions and values. This provide an opportunity to reflect on each involved person’s self-image or self-concept, the way they see themselves and believe and believe they are seen by other others. This is expected to be a composite of motivation, needs and wants influenced by factors such as culture, family, reference groups and social classes. In realization of the above objective;

Volunteers will join series of activities that will include: - Community economic Life (I do what they do): Participation in the daily of the community members. This will include working in a small businesses, farming, hand craft, Arts, taking care of animals and other daily economic activities of the community members; Social-Cultural life: Participate in various social aspects of community life including traditional medicine and health care (Learning and experience), Rituals: Visiting ritual sites, learning and understanding, Ceremonies: Participating in wedding, initiation and other traditional and religious ceremonies available during that time. ALLIKSAARE HORSE FARM III 海沿い牧場で馬の世話や調教・馬小屋清掃

多岐にわたる仕事：海沿いの牧草地の手入れや管理、牧草地周辺の清掃、柵の設置や撤去、柵の修理、馬小屋の掃除。牧場近くの海岸で、嵐で運ばれてきたゴミを清掃する仕事も。冬場の馬の餌を準備する仕事も。最も重要なのは、馬の世話や調教など、馬と直接関わる仕事。馬の年齢は問わないが、若い馬が多いので、経験と学ぶ意欲次第では、若い馬の世話や調教の実践も可能。例えば、仔馬の世話やしつけ、1歳馬のハルター調教、若馬の装鞍や馬車の調教など。主に屋外での仕事。
勤務時間は1日6～7時間。監督や指導の下での作業もあるが、ほとんどは単独で行う。

REgenerate　エコ農業と環境保全、動物の世話：14-17才

自然とともに学び、成長できる持続可能な農場トレーニングセンターで活動。持続可能な農業や環境保全を実践しながら、地域社会と世界中にサステナブルなライフスタイルを広めることを目指すプロジェクト。天候やその時々のニーズに応じて、農業、畜産、自然エリアの修復、伝統建築の保存など、さまざまな作業を行う。
＜主な活動内容＞
●パーマカルチャーガーデンの整備・管理:自然と調和する農業の方法を学び、実践。
●動物の世話：羊・ヤギ・ウサギなどの飼育、牧草地の整備、冬季用の飼料準備
●自然エリアの保全活動：灌木を除去して自然の草地を再生し、茂みから河川を浄化。地域の生態系を守る
●自然歩道づくり：森の中に自然散策路を作り、茂みを取り除き、木を植える。これにより自然の美しさを高め、教育的機会も創出する
【学習パート】実践的な活動に加え、エコ・アクティビズムに関する非公式教育セッション実施。ボランティア自身が地域でサステナブルな活動を起こすための知識やスキルを身につけられる。

Women Power 女性団体の会合に参加・少女への思春期教育

RUCHIは地域社会と密接に協力しながら、女性自助グループ（SHG）を運営してきた。女性の起業家精神を育成・支援し、家族を経済的に支えるとともに、村の人々の意識向上を目指す。またRUCHIは公立学校に通う10代の少女たちのソフトスキルの向上や、健康問題の改善に取り組んできた。ボランティアは彼女たちの思春期教育、人格形成、キャリア・カウンセリングなどについて、ニーズに基づいたワークショップを実施する。このようなワークショップを実施するための創造力とスキルがあることが望ましい。女性自助グループ（SHG）の集まりに出席し、女性たちと交流することで、苦境をよりよく理解、経済的に自立できるよう支援。
その他さまざまな様々な開発問題とその解決策を学ぶ活動や人道支援プロジェクト、村人と交流もある。
