World heritage conservation
Volunteers will engage in the project through Sports Bonanza :
1) Awarding: Assisting in logistical activities in organization of community sports completions aiming to increase awareness on the mount Kilimanjaro conservation;
2) Music and arts show: Joining local musicians and artist to compose songs, create arts and drama with relevant project messages to present them to the community through concerts, media show etc.;
3) Education and awareness through workshops, Cinema/video presentations in public places .

Sustainable living: Family adventure (FAMILY CAMP)
Maintenance of organic vegetable gardens that will include composting activities, weeding, watering plants, as well as participating in organizing educational activities on sustainable living & healthy eating. Volunteers will have an opportunity to participate in an activity of collecting various species of herbs and medicinal plants and establish garden/demo plots for education purposes. Expect as well to work on biogas plants by feeding animals waste to generate gas. Special activities for children accompanied by their parents/guardians on nature conservation will be organized.

Collection of Tales : Cultural and Educational Animations
子ども・若者・高齢者・地元の物語語り手から伝統的な物語を収集、リーダーシップ技術・グループ管理・物語を学習ツールとして活用する方法のトレーニング、物語の文字起こし、改稿、構成を整え、出版用に編集、イラストとトーゴの伝統に関する情報を掲載したコレクションのレイアウト、印刷、配布、学校、村、祭りで公演を企画し、物語の普及と伝承を促進

①学校の校舎、教室の環境を整えるための塗装や改装。（3月実地時は壁のペイント、絵描き、ガーデンの整備をした）
②幼児教育クラスのための、読み書きを簡素化するシンボルの描画。（3月は未実施）
③ゴミ捨て場の設置（教室内のゴミ箱を含む）と、ゴミの分別・処理方法に関する教育の提供。（3月は未実施）
④放課後や授業の空き時間に小学校に通う子どもたちと課外活動を運営。スポーツ、ゲーム、英語、アート、工芸など。（3月実施時は主にスポーツレクリエーション、折り紙、等を個人の持ってきたアイテムに応じて実施。）

- 地域経済生活：地域住民の日常生活への参加。小企業での仕事、農業、手工芸、芸術、動物の世話など。
- 社会・文化生活：伝統的な医療や健康管理を含む、コミュニティ生活の様々な社会的側面に参加する。
- 儀式：結婚式、入門式、その他伝統的な儀式に参加し、宗教的儀式を学び、理解する。
- 言語交換： キスワヒリ語（毎日1～2時間）、外国語クラス（1日1時間、できれば英語かフランス語）。
- 知識交換： 世代間交流、知識や経験を共有するイベント、自国文化紹介、コミュニティ展示など。
