M?tzingen - Hands On for a Place to Belong

For kids, youth, families and senior citizens - be ready for a colourful mix of tasks. The whole village of M?tzingen will benefit from your work. The focus will be on care and maintenance work on the large leisure area for all generations.

You will maintain and renew play equipment, restore the sports facilities such as the two beach volleyball courts or the boccia court, create benches and picnic areas and much more. There is plenty to do on the huge site, you will be sawing, painting, hammering, drilling, shovelling, mowing.... The work will be supervised by community workers and local volunteers.

Other smaller projects in the area of landscape maintenance and public green spaces will complement your tasks. You will probably also be able to support holiday activities for children in M?tzingen on individual days, but this is not yet entirely clear.

B?rnau-Tachov History Park

中世の技術を用いた城の再建活動を行う。14世紀の城の再建作業に実際に参加し、石工、木工、中世の資源管理の専門家の指導のもと、歴史的建築技術を学ぶことができる。ボランティアは、くさびを使った花崗岩の割り出しや、アシュラーストーン(切石)の加工、中世のクレーンを使った石材の据え付けなど、伝統的な石工技術を実践する。また、歴史的な石灰モルタルの調合・施工方法を学び、中世の建築における結合材の役割を理解する機会も得られる。さらに、グリーンウッド(生木)を使用した木材加工の訓練も行われる。ボランティアは手道具を使いながら丸太を梁へと加工し、構造部材としての木材の扱い方を学ぶ。実践的な作業に加えて、歴史的建築技法、中世の材料科学、保存倫理に関する理論講義も提供される。また、産業革命以前の建築が自然素材と人力に依存していたことを考察し、現代の化石燃料依存型建設業界との対比を通じて、環境負荷の観点から建築を見つめ直すことも重要なテーマとなる。そのため、このプログラムは、持続可能な建築技術への理解を深めながら、中世の建築文化を体感する貴重な機会と言える

Be a Camp Leader at Lohra Castle

キャンプリーダーは、ボランティア、組織、実務を指導する技術リーダーの橋渡し役。主な役割は、グループを社会的・文化的な観点からサポートすること。リーダーシップ、組織運営、異文化理解のスキルを身につけながら、有意義な貢献ができる絶好の機会となる。キャンプリーダーは、自立して働きつつ、共同リーダーや技術スタッフと協力する必要がある。努力、共感、チームワークが求められる一方で、充実した楽しい経験を得られる。キャンプをリードする前に、研修として通常のボランティアとして参加し、役割を理解する機会がある。主な業務は、①社会的・組織的リーダーシップ(ボランティアの歓迎、キャンプへの案内、作業・食事・休憩を含む日々のスケジュール管理など)、②グループ調整(交代制の調理・清掃チームの管理、食材の購入、食事準備の監督など)、③レジャー活動の企画(キャンプファイヤーやバーベキュー、ゲームなどの夜のイベントや、近隣の町への週末旅行を企画など)、④チームサポート(技術リーダーと密に連絡を取り合い、必要に応じて作業をサポートし、作業グループの調整を手助けなど)、⑤キャンプの総合管理(財務管理、活動の記録(メモや写真)、評価の実施など)などがある

Remembering Nazi crimes in times of current socio-political challenges The ?Commemorative Buchenwald Railway Path“

The work part and study part are roughly equally weighted in this camp.
The practical work is concerned with the maintenance of the ‘Buchenwald Railway Memorial Trail’, i.e. the cleaning of a forest road. There may also be work with wood to clear the track. The focus is on stonemasonry work in memory of children and young people deported from Buchenwald to Auschwitz.
While working in the restoration workshop, participants can gain an impression of conservation and restoration techniques and take an in-depth look at historical objects found in the grounds and their function in the camp.
The work is rated as easy to moderately difficult.

DUNENYO: Cultural and Solidarity Crossroads

Every summer, the inhabitants of Kuma-Apoti (Togo) and the diaspora gather to celebrate the Dunenyo-Za festival, dedicated to development. These solemn moments allow us to reflect on the future of the village, promote youth education and make resolutions for its development. During this period, cultural and community actions are organized. ASTOVOT, a partner of the village, is launching an international cultural immersion project with solidarity actions aimed at promoting cultural exchanges and positively impacting local development.
Aims:
? Promote intercultural exchange: Encourage mutual understanding, respect and appreciation of different cultures by organising cultural events, workshops and meetings.
? Positive impact on local communities: Implement concrete actions supporting their social and local development within the framework of the theme chosen for this edition.
? Strengthening links between cultures: Creating a network of exchanges in which each culture plays an active part in sharing its skills, traditions and knowledge.
Works:
? Participation in community work with the local population and national volunteers: (public hygiene, reforestation, maintenance of rural tracks and socio-collective infrastructures, inaugurations, etc.);
? Organisation of socio-educational activities with village children (games, sports, songs and dances, etc.);
? Immersion in the families and folk groups of the village;
? Organisation of and participation in walks, hikes and waterfalls in the villages and mountains surrounding the village of Kuma-Apoti;
? Setting up venues for concerts and cultural events;
? Participate in sporting events (football tournament) as part of this edition;
? Take part in the apotheosis festival (musical concert, traditional songs and dances, sketches, etc.).

Pyramid Festival

Volunteers will be in charge of ecological part of the festival. They will take care of waste separation, composting, and education of visitors about the preferable dealing with the trash. They will also learn and teach about compost toilets and biofilters for water. Also, there will be opportunities for them to be part of healing and musical events at the festival (they will not only "work", naturally, they are here to have fun, as well).

Summerland for Children　五感と能力を活かし、キッズキャンプ運営

4～7才までの子どもたちを対象としたサマーキャンプ（月～金、8:30～16:00）の運営。活動の準備と実施。ボランティア個人のアイデアを発表する場も。キャンプのテーマは「ありのフェルダと草原の暮らし」。ボランティアとメンバーは、個人の感性に合わせ、芸術的、音楽的、身体的、技術的など、五感と能力をフルに活用。子どもたちを日帰り遠足に連れて行く予定もある。ワークキャンプの目的は、村の日常生活に心地よい変化をもたらし、他者への関心を喚起し、様々な国の様々な人々と出会う機会を創出し、偏見を打破し、異なる世界への扉を開くこと。活動内容は天候に応じて調整。
【学習テーマ】子どもたちと活動する中で、発達心理学やメンタルヘルスの一次予防プログラムについて学び、子どもたちと関わり、衝突の解決に取り組むための様々なアプローチを実践する機会を得る。西ボヘミア博物館を訪れ、ピルゼンとその周辺地域の歴史について学ぶ。不自由、ソーシャルネットワーク、環境といったテーマに関する教育映画をいくつか鑑賞。

Hveragerdi - Health & Environment 地熱利用の温室で野菜栽培、ハーブティー作り

NLFIリハビリテーション＆ヘルスクリニックはアイスランドのナチュラルヘルス協会の一部。林業、ガーデニング、温室などの園芸・環境部門があり、オーガニック／ビオ農業を実践している。
ボランティアは温室で、草取り、トマトやキュウリなどの野菜の植え付け、収穫、アイスランド産のハーブを使ったお茶作りを行う。また雑草除去やガーデニング、必要に応じて、敷地内の改修工事。農業（土を耕し、作物を植え、育て、収穫）、園芸（果物、野菜、植物の栽培）の手伝い。冬期には除雪作業も。
天候は急変することがあり、作業内容は天候に大きく左右される。屋外での作業に適した服装と、暖かい温室内での作業に適した服装を準備すること。
作業時間は通常午前8時から午後3時まで。午前中にコーヒーブレイクあり、昼食休憩は1時間。

Krysuvik-Geopark　圧巻の景色が広がるジオパークで、温室の改修

様々な方法での土地の手入れ。家のそばの大きな温室5つを改修して、多種多様な野菜や果物を植え、栽培する。農業は温室の内外で行うが、数年間放置されていて、まだ農業ができる環境ではないため、温室やその周りをきれいにする。また持続可能な開発の一環として、鶏やヤギなどの動物の飼育も予定。
プロジェクトの目的は、侵食対策と土地の緑化。植林を行うことで、浸食を防ぐ。Veraldarvinirは、この地域のジオパークの一部、300ヘクタールの広大な土地を管理している。まず有機物を使って浸食と戦い、そして樹木を植える。また植林した樹木の生育状況を観察する
