Organizing activities for kids and taking care of animals in the Fagotin Farm

During the first week, the volunteers will assist the summer camp leaders on different activities: donkey and pony rides, sport, nature activities. They will also take care of the donkeys and ponies and prepare them for the rides with families who visit the place. They will work on the maintenance of the meadows and green spaces,
During the second week they will still work in the meadows and green spaces and will also do small repairs, maintenance of the buildings, work in the vegetable garden, take care of the animals of the farm (milking the goats, feeding, cleaning of the enclosures).

Collection of Tales : Cultural and Educational Animations

This summer, ASTOVOT is organising an international project to provide socio-educational activities and produce a collection of stories in the village of Agom?-Tom?gb? in Togo. The aim of the project is to mobilise children and the local community around the importance of culture, education and the preservation of oral heritage. The aim is to organise socio-educational and leisure workshops focusing on the collection of Ew? folk tales, which will then be compiled for future use in Togo's schools.

Aims of Project:
? Promoting Togolese culture and heritage: Through traditional storytelling, this project aims to preserve and pass on the stories, myths and legends of the different regions of Togo.
? Strengthen social and educational skills: Socio-educational activities enable participants to learn to work together, develop critical thinking skills and gain a better understanding of social and educational values.
? Encouraging creativity and participation among young people and children in the village: By involving young people, children and parents in creative and storytelling activities.
? Publishing

WORKS:
Storytelling workshops and story collection: Sessions to collect traditional stories from children, young people, the elderly and local storytellers.
Animation workshops: Activities (reading, games, theatre, sports) for children.
Training in socio-educational leadership: Training volunteers in leadership techniques, group management and the use of storytelling as a learning tool.
Story writing and editing: Transcription, rewriting and structuring of the stories for publication, with the participation of the volunteers and the ASTOVOT team.
Creation of a collection of stories: Layout, printing and distribution of a collection with illustrations and information about Togo's traditions.
Storytelling shows: Organisation of shows in schools, villages or festivals to promote and pass on the tale

1週間目は、農村にあるRUCHI本部にて、典型的な山村の文化やライフスタイルを体験。女性のエンパワーメント、淡水資源の保護、有機農業など、RUCHIが現在行っている活動に参加する。

2週目は、観光地であり、チベット亡命政府の事務局でもあるダラムシャーラ(Dharamshala)のマクラウドガンジ(Mcloedganj)に移動。ここでは、チベット人、僧院、博物館、学校などを訪問し、チベット僧の語学の授業に参加する。 清掃活動などを行う可能性も。 それ以外では、この週は観光と文化の共有に重点を置いて活動

MAKE RIVER and OLD HOUSES SMILE AGAIN

Wuqi District is located in a plain between the Da an River and the Dadu River. It is bordered by Qingshui District to the north, Shalu District to the east, Longjing District to the south, and the Taiwan Strait to the west. Today, the coastline of Wuqi is connected to the Port of Taichung. As a coastal town, the development history of Wuqi is inextricably linked to the prosperity of the port.Wuqi was formerly known as Zhuofa Xie and Wucha Gang . In the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty, it was called Ao Xi . In the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty (1891), it was renamed Wuqi Port, taking the elegant meaning of Phoenix does not rest on a non-Wuchi, does not drink from a non-spiritual spring, and does not eat bamboo .On December 25, 2010, Wuqi Township was upgraded to Wuqi District as part of the merger of Taichung County and City into a special municipality. Strong spokes for gentle and sustainable mobility

建物のシャッターを剥がして修理し、再塗装して取り付ける。自転車修理専用のスペース作りを手伝う。エリアを整備し、団体のスタッフと一緒に新しいワークショップのレイアウトを設計する。この場所では、地域住民が専門のボランティアの手助けを受けながら自転車を修理できるようになる。
次に、団体の新しいシーズンの再開に参加する。自転車を楽しむ方法を紹介するワークショップを主導し、ソフトモビリティを促進するための活動を行う。訪問者に自転車修理を手伝い、アドバイスを提供し、誰でも参加できる入門コースを提供する。事前のスキルは必要ない。プロジェクトを通じて、下草の整備や自転車の修理、塗装を学べる。リノベーション、創造性、共有を組み合わせたプロジェクト。

Second chance in life

During our project period, first 4 days we plan to visit an orphanage. Volunteers will engage with the children through simple yet enjoyable activities such as games, painting, acting, and other creative projects. While some children may be reserved and prefer to stay within their comfort zones, our goal is to connect with every child and encourage their participation.
Following the orphanage visits, we will meet with a family, village youths, and kindergarten children. During this time, volunteers will have the opportunity to share their personal experiences and life stories with the local communities, fostering a sense of connection and understanding.
